AI Advice

AI advice is optional interpretation layered on top of the formal scoring. It does not change maturity levels or scores.

Where Advice Can Be Generated

Advice can be generated for:

  • the whole organization
  • a division or subdivision
  • an individual respondent perspective when enabled

Aggregated advice requires the minimum number of completed responses configured in Settings. Individual advice is blocked for anonymous studies.

What The AI Receives

The advice context includes:

  • formal maturity level
  • participant and completed-response counts
  • investment score
  • first bottleneck level
  • completed, developing, weak, and blocked levels
  • weakest and strongest maturity cells
  • weakest and strongest characteristics
  • parent-scope comparison when available
  • respondent context for individual advice

How Advice Should Be Read

The most important part is the bottleneck diagnosis. Because the maturity model is sequential, the first incomplete level normally deserves priority even if higher levels look strong.

The investment interpretation is the second lens. It identifies higher-level work that can be leveraged after the bottleneck is fixed.

  • The formal score remains the source of truth.
  • Individual advice is a respondent perspective, not performance evaluation.
  • Small groups should use a minimum response threshold high enough to protect confidentiality.
  • If AI generation fails, Albarena can show deterministic fallback advice based on the same scoring context.
