The SWOT report presents the model for review, discussion, and offline use. The structured model remains the source of truth.

What the report should include

When fields are available, the report should show:

  • decision owner and unit of analysis
  • scope, horizon, assumptions, and constraints
  • analysis profile and SWOT map
  • evidence summary and source appendix
  • claims or citations for important items
  • SWOT items with priority and evidence status
  • strategy actionability summary
  • readiness status and validation warnings

PDF use

The PDF is useful for reading, sharing, and archiving. It can also embed model information for internal recovery when allowed by governance. Clean PDFs without embedded model data can still be read by humans, but they are weaker for reconstructing a model accurately.
