CBA Sensitivity and AI Review

Sensitivity analysis asks whether the preferred alternative changes when important assumptions, costs, or importance judgments change.

Scenario variables

Albarena supports basic scenario tests such as:

  • factor importance multiplier
  • advantage importance delta
  • alternative cost delta
  • alternative cost multiplier
  • attribute confidence change
  • assumption status or risk change
  • custom variables

Robustness interpretation

A decision is more robust when the leading alternative remains stable across reasonable scenarios. If the leader changes under small adjustments, the team should review the affected attributes, advantages, assumptions, and costs before deciding.

AI review

The AI helper can review the model for:

  • missing criteria
  • weak or missing attributes
  • non-comparative advantages
  • potential double-counting
  • unsupported claims
  • cost mixed with advantage importance
  • missing assumptions
  • stakeholder disagreement when data exists

AI review is advisory. It should produce structured, actionable notes, but the user remains responsible for validation and final judgment.
