CBA Report and Export
The CBA report presents the model for review, discussion, approval, and archive. The structured model remains the source of truth.
Report sections
The report should include:
- executive summary
- decision question and context
- alternatives
- factors and criteria
- attribute evidence
- advantages and importance
- cost and resource comparison
- sensitivity scenarios
- assumptions and evidence gaps
- AI review notes
- recommendation and final rationale
- next actions
PDF preview and download
Use PDF preview to review formatting before sharing. Use download for offline review, governance records, or meeting packets. The PDF should have professional headers, footers, model metadata, and clear separation between advantage importance and cost.
Recommendation standard
The recommendation should not simply name the top-ranked alternative. It should explain why the selected alternative is preferred, what tradeoffs remain, what assumptions require validation, and why the decision is robust enough for the current purpose.
