Review, report and handoff

Before relying on the pathway, review missing or orphan elements, unexplained causal leaps, critical assumptions without a learning response, weak or contradictory evidence, outcomes without useful indicators, missing affected perspectives, adverse or unequal effects, overdue actions, limitations and reservations.

Record reviewer, endorsement decision for learning or planning, rationale, conditions, review date and next review. Human review is bound to a fingerprint of the substantive pathway. Changing the scope, outcomes, links, assumptions, evidence, indicators, learning plan, limitations or provenance makes the earlier review stale. Publishing freezes the reviewed version; later work belongs in a new draft version.

Reports

The comprehensive web report and branded PDF present the same normalized record: scope, pathway, causal links, assumptions, external factors, evidence, indicators, learning actions, validation findings, governance, limitations, reservations, sources and version metadata. The machine-readable attachment supports traceable reuse. Reports do not certify effectiveness, impact, stakeholder agreement or causal attribution.

Handoffs

Select only the outcomes, links, assumptions, evidence, indicators and actions needed downstream. The package retains referential closure, source model and version, selected provenance, confidence, dissent, limitations, reservations and attribution boundary. Importing creates editable drafts and resets method-specific review; it never transfers endorsement automatically.
