Workflow and imports

Frame before rating

Name the decision or outcome, objective, accountable owner, time horizon, boundaries, affected stakeholders, and escalation boundary. A narrow boundary may be appropriate, but it must be visible so omissions are not mistaken for safety.

Import as a versioned snapshot

The workbench recognizes structured data from Collaborative Facilitation, Project Viability, Scenario Planning, and another stress test. It copies the source into new records and stores method, model, version, title, and import time.

  • Facilitation assumptions become candidate assumptions; reservations remain reservations.
  • Project Viability assumptions retain owner, confidence, validation action, and evidence where available.
  • Scenario assumptions become candidate claims; early-warning signals become signposts; threats and opportunities become risk statements.

Imported records are never silently merged or automatically updated after ratification. Review every imported item because its meaning may change outside its original context.
