Review, acceptance, and handoff
Readiness means the record is complete enough for review; it does not mean the decision is safe or likely to succeed.
An authorized person or group must choose to revise, accept, accept with conditions, or escalate. Record the rationale, authority, date, next review, conditions, and reservations. High or critical residual exposure should never be accepted silently.
Handoff contract
Prepare a structured package containing:
- critical assumptions and priority risks;
- active controls and signposts with responses;
- acceptance conditions and evidence gaps;
- minority reservations and unresolved questions;
- owned next actions;
- target method, source model, and version.
The next method should treat the handoff as a versioned input. It may adapt the content, but it should retain provenance and ask people before changing accepted ratings, conditions, or reservations.
