Review readiness and report transparently

Readiness advances from incomplete to draft, space reviewed, and candidate ready. The checks look for a complete frame, at least two well-formed dimensions, meaningful values, explicit review states, complete configurations, confirmed human promotions, intact lineage, and stale engine results.

Before declaring the space reviewed, resolve duplicate or unnamed dimensions, incomplete conditional rules, free-text hard constraints, unexplained confirmed judgments, and broken candidate lineage. Low-severity notices may remain when clearly disclosed—for example, a configuration touched by an unconfirmed AI suggestion.

The report states the decision frame, theoretical size, stored and reviewed configurations, confirmed incompatibilities, active hard constraints, candidate strategies, readiness findings, and computation status. It repeats the method limits: generation does not rank or authorize; only confirmed rules exclude; sampled or partial engine results are not exact counts. Publish only when the model is candidate ready. Use version history and locking to preserve the reviewed basis for downstream decisions.
