Reporting and governance

The Report tab is a live web report. The PDF download uses the saved model version, so save current changes before distribution.

Report contents

  • executive overview and configured agreement rule;
  • participation, activity completion, agreement, objections, and readiness;
  • participant access and proxy relationships;
  • prompts, options, arguments, evidence, responses, and ratings by activity;
  • final outcomes, rationale, reservations, dissent, and ratification;
  • safeguards and open issues;
  • downstream handoff; and
  • model and version identifiers.

The PDF embeds a machine-readable JSON record as an attachment for controlled reuse and audit.

Review before sharing

Confirm that private contributions have been revealed only when authorized, proxy attribution is correct, the final wording matches what the group ratified, objections have not been omitted, and the intended audience is appropriate. Lock or publish the model only after this review.

The report documents the process and its outcome. It does not convert participation percentages or average ratings into certainty.
