SPE Report and Export
The SPE report is a professional printout of the structured model. It does not replace the Workbench; it summarizes the current model, saved simulations, sensitivity evidence, and strategy comparisons for review.
What the report includes
The report should show:
- Model variable roles: External Agents, Drivers, Processes, and Outcomes.
- Direct cross-impact relationships and pattern labels.
- External Agent scenario assumptions when configured.
- Saved simulation runs, including assumption case and treatment when available.
- Latest outcome distributions.
- Sensitivity rankings for Drivers and Processes.
- Strategy outcome comparisons by scenario and method.
When to export
Export after the model structure is coherent and at least one saved simulation exists. If the model uses External Agents, run the relevant optimistic, probable, and pessimistic assumption cases before using the report as a decision package.
PDF behavior
The PDF is generated from the saved model version. If autosave is disabled, save the draft before exporting so the PDF matches the visible Workbench state.
